Rules and Regulation Regarding Admissions

• Admissions are granted as on the basis of the Vacancies availible.
• For the Admissions in class L.K.G. to class first, student along with both the parents has to attend the parent orientaion before admission.
• For admission in class second to eight, their will be an entrance exam of 2hrs. in english, maths and genral science.
• Admissions will only be granted to those candidates,who qualify the entrance exam.
• Admissions forms can be collected form the school office.
• 25% of seats in L.K.G. are reserved for the students who come under B.P.L. categories.
• Minimum age for the admission:
  
  • For admission in L.K.G.,a child completing 4+ yrs of age as on 31st March of the aceademic year.
  • For admission in U.K.G.,a child completing 5+ yrs of age as on 31st March of the aceademic year.
  • For admission in Class first,a child completing 6+ yrs of age as on 31st March of the aceademic year.

Required Documents

• Birth Certificate of the student.
• A school leaving or transfer certificate from the school previous attended for admission in class second to eight.
• Progress card or Report card of the student of the student from the school last attended.
• For registration in class VII, along with above documents,additional documents required are:
  
  • Registration with NCERT
  • Transfer Order of Parents
• B.P.L. certificate from competent Authority (if applicable).
• Charecter Certificate from the head of previous school.
• A photocopy of address proof.

• Get a print of it,and sumbit if after filling it,to the school office.
• Form fees(i.e Ruppes 100/-) have to submited at the school office along with the duely filled form.
